Assistant will primarily be responding to emails, help requests, messages, and comments from members, models, and fans through both our website and social media. -6 months+ customer service experience (retail, phone, or web) -Familiarity with various social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter -Excellent written and verbal communication, including taking direction precisely -Organized, focused, and great attention to detail -Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and pivot easily between completing priority tasks at a moment’s notice and maintaining a self-directed work-flow -Skilled with computers, as majority of work is done online
