79 Year old established company looking for a friendly, self motivated, Online Customer Service Representative. You will typically respond to customers via e-mail and telephone calls. You will obtain and record the details of customer information, inquiries, comments and complaints, as well as the actions taken to resolve any issues. You also provide information about company products or services; take or cancel orders; collect deposits, payments and make billing arrangements. There will be some order fulfillment as well - you will walk the warehouse - pick lightweight items and package them for shipment.
