The CSR will be responsible for invoicing, data entry, inventory, filing, and interacting with our customers both on the phone and in person at our office. You will be responsible for taking good notes, entering orders into our propriety management software, which we will train you how to use. Requirement: 1\. High school graduates or above 2\. Previous customer service and/or business/ printing experience is a plus but not required.
