We have team events, good benefits (paid holidays, PTO, Medical, etc. Read and watch a little about us here: https://www.woodlandmanufacturing.com/aboutus.html https://www.woodlandmanufacturing.com/articles/news/company-activities/ Company: Advanced Sign LLC representing the Advanced Sign, Woodland Manufacturing and CraftCuts brands Location: Meridian, Idaho Employee Type: Full-time permanent Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Base Pay: $13-$15/hour (DOE) Preferred Experience: Customer service, sales support We are seeking highly motivated candidates that possess the following attributes: • Friendly personality • Desire to help people, and to learn and be trained • Attention to detail, perform detailed work with accuracy • Ability to learn our database and shop processes, and follow established procedures • Comfortable working in collaborative and individual environments • Great customer service through phone, email, and chat • Excellent oral and written communication • Experience with Microsoft Office • Punctual, team player with strong work ethic • Ability to work well under pressure/work well in a fast- paced environment • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to adapt and work wherever needed Helpful attributes: • Knowledge of Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or comparable program • A creative spirit • Familiarity with graphic design • Appreciation for signage • Understanding of basic construction, including how to use power tools Duties and Responsibilities Include: • Greet visitors who come to our facility • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, issues, sample requests, and call backs • Track orders, help process returns, and resolve defective product issues for the customer • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat messenger • Place website orders for customers who need help • Resolve product or service issues by listening to and understanding the customer complaint, identifying solution, and executing solution to customer satisfaction • Follow up with the customer on complex order issues and see the problem through to resolution • Maintain and update job knowledge through training on products, sales and customer service • Advocate on behalf of the customer and communicate feedback from customers about our company • Pass leads to Sales Team with necessary details of the client’s vision for a custom sign • Provide Design Team adequate information to create proofs, 3D renderings and spec sheets • Work with production team on order progress and customer expectations • Help build our brand in partnership with the marketing team • Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and clients with respect and clarity • Assisting team members with various other tasks • Other duties as assigned Advanced Sign is a rapidly expanding internet retailer and local sign company with manufacturing operations performed in-house at our locations in Boise and Meridian, Idaho and selling internationally.
