Customer Service Representative I

We are a dynamic, internet based, graphic design company specializing in a wide range of personalized ceremonial and promotional type products and awards for clients, ranging from local schools to international corporations. The ideal person will possess outstanding written, verbal and listening skills and exceptional phone and email etiquette to ensure our customers receive top- notch service. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, handle a high volume of emails and phone calls, while simultaneously processing customer's orders. This is a challenging position, and the preferred candidate will need to be a detail-oriented individual who can adapt quickly to changing conditions and have the ability to work calmly under strict deadlines.
