We are a printing and direct mail services business seeking a full-time customer service person with graphic design background to help customers get the most from their printing. Our printing software necessitates compatibility with the Adobe Suite. * -Basic skills in Microsoft Word are required - customers frequently provide us with Word Documents that need to be printed. Must be able to take notes, ask questions of customers and colleagues. -Experience with Printers Plan software is not required but is a plus!
