Customer Service Representative for Printing Company

Customer Service Representative Growing printing communication company requires a Customer Service Representative for day to day customer account contact and account management. The position will work in conjunction with the Sales, Graphics and Production team members to service existing customers. Due to the training investment that is required, only serious, longer term applicants need apply. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: • Manage quotes, orders and relationships with current client base • Identify client concerns and implement conflict resolution skills • Work with existing or potential customers and suppliers via phone and email • Accurate and timely order entry into ERP system • Submit customer quotes with price, availability, and delivery times • Proactively follow-up on quotes • Act as the project coordinator between Sales, Graphics and Production for assigned customer accounts • Provide administrative front office support and other duties as needed Qualifications • Education: High School or equivalent is minimum requirement. • Printing/Graphic Design industry experience a plus • Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
