Customer Service Representative Local print, signs and marketing company is seeking experienced customer service representative. Must have superior skills in communication and literate with computers, social media and new technology with an aptitude for problem solving, multi- tasking, attention to detail and the ability to work with other team members and must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: customer interaction, answering phones, e-mail order taking, follow up on work, writing up job orders, invoicing, digital output, graphic design (with a minimum of 2 years experience required with Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
