Customer Service Representative

Postal Annex is your one-stop-shop for shipping, private mailbox rentals, design & letterhead and other printing and copy services, digital fingerprinting, key cutting, passport photos, rubber stamps, gifts, greeting cards, and so much more! We are looking for a Customer Service representative available to work 20-30 hours a week to start, between 9am - 6pm and may include Saturdays. Special consideration given to candidates with prior UPS Store, Postal Annex or other similar experience. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding customer services to customers Being proactive in assigned daily tasks Sorting mail and packages Processing sales and shipping transactions Learning to operate all equipment, software, and devices - Packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, organizing, and cleaning Ability to provide graphic design and photoshop tasks Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math. Prompt, reliable, and responsible Ability to lift and move 35lb Customer Service Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of retail customer service experience Must be at least 18 years Must be able to pass a background check Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Are legally able to obtain a Notary license High school diploma or GED minimum educational requirement Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to work some Saturdays and be on call while owners are out of town Customer Service Representative Benefits Great co-workers and customers Free Parking Store discounts Paid training Uniform shirts provided Can lead to full-time employment
