Customer Service/Admin support

Seeking a friendly and organized individual that can be the first point of contact with our customers, assist in the logistics of starting and completing projects, and provide a variety of administrative support to the team. Required Skills & amp; Knowledge \\- Graphic design experience (not required but would be good) -Social media knowledge (facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube) \\- Friendly and competent verbal and written communication skills \\- Professional appearance and demeanor \\- Juggle multiple tasks at one time \\- Comfortable talking with, advising and inquiring with customers \\- Excellent organizational skills and eye for details. \\- Ability to problem solve when not given all the information needed to complete a task \\- Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities in a fast-paced environment \\- Ability to learn a new cloud based estimating system \\- Business to business customer service experience Job duties \\- Work at the front desk; greet customers when they walk in, figure out what they need and who can help them. \\- First person on phones; take messages & screen calls to transfer to correct person \\- Handle project pick-ups \\- Take payments \\- Coordinate delivery, pick-ups & project shipping \\- Photo & catalog finished work \\- Call clients when projects are ready \\- Do deliveries & other errands Hours M-F, 9am to 5pm with occasional earlier start times or late shifts PLEASE EMAIL RESUME AND COVER LETTER
