Customer Service/Graphic Design

Summary: We are currently seeking a customer service representative with experience in graphic design to become part of our team. The position will focus on both customer as well as design support. Primary Responsibilities: • Customer Service: o Phone, email, web and in person support for current and prospective customers o Process estimates, orders, proofs, invoices, payments through in-house software o Occasionally operate high-speed copiers and perform other administrative tasks as needed • Graphic Design o Read and interpret work orders according to written instructions o Prepare layouts, illustrations, and copy for print, signs, promotional products and more o Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to proof/production Qualifications: • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal forms • Exceptional phone and customer service skills • Good math skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude • Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements • Strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve and prevent errors • Good sense of design, color, and printing processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of office information systems • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator • Familiar with both Mac and Windows platforms • Must be hardworking, a self-starter and value working as a team. • Demonstrate excellence in organization and time management with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
