Customer Service Representative/Graphic Design Energetic, enthusiastic person interested expanding graphic design and customer service knowledge. The successful candidate will be able to: • Answer the pone • Provide estimates/quotes to customers • Manage projects • Assist and advise clients about their projects in person, on the phone and via email • Learn to manage projects that involve a wide range of printing and communication services • Review customer specifications to ensure final products are accurate and of high quality • Learn to develop and maintain client library files/file handling. • Learn to utilize design related programs like Adobe InDesign • Assist with and prepare files for print production; checking fonts, links and colors, and imposing art • Learn to operate digital copiers/presses to setup and produce customer jobs. Full or Part-Time options available.
