We're looking for a customer-focused team member with graphic design or prepress experience to join our shop. What You'll Do • Work directly with customers by phone, email, and in person • Create job estimates and quotes • Review and prepare customer files for print • Help customers fix or adjust files when needed • Coordinate jobs with the production team • Answer questions about pricing, materials, and turnaround times What We're Looking For • Customer service experience (print or graphics preferred) • Graphic design or prepress background • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Understanding of print-ready files (bleeds, resolution, color, etc.) Why Join Us • Competitive pay based on experience • Supportive, team-oriented environment • Opportunity to grow your skills Apply on Indeed with your resume.
