Customer Service/Graphic Design Experience Welcomed

XPress Copy is a locally owned and operated print shop. We have been producing high quality print materials for businesses and organizations, within the Portland metro area, for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on being local, fast, and reliable. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the core of continuing to grow our company.

Our CSR’s most critical role is interacting and communicating with customers, so being a people person is important. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, shows genuine interest in others, great at forging relationships, has strong written and oral communication skills, is detail-oriented, and if proficient with time management. While experience in the print industry is desirable, experience in customer service is essential!

Our CSR’s play a wide-ranging role that extends beyond their interactions with customers. While answering incoming phone calls, emails, and online orders is our highest priority, another critical aspect of the job is creating, reviewing, and processing artwork and invoices, which makes strong computer skills and a graphic background advantageous. Basic or advanced skills within Microsoft and Adobe are certainly a bonus!

XPress Copy is a fast-paced environment that requires our CSRs to juggle multiple incoming and outgoing projects at one time. Being well-organized, having efficient time management skills, and the capability to remain cool while under pressure, are all traits that are crucial for succeeding in this role.

Computer Skills Required - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
