Position Description: Customer Service Rep -Helping retail customers both in person and over the phone -Helping wholesale customers with design questions and other industry questions -Design experience is preferred, but not required -See that our clientele's needs are met in a timely, professional manner. -While you will be a part of a design team, the majority of your workload will be accomplished individually (+90% of your day is spent at a computer).
