Customer Success Lead for Startup

SnapStrat is a five-year-old enterprise software startup focused on helping organizations optimize their most important decision processes. The Customer Success Lead’s primary responsibilities will be to: 1) Manage our growing relationship with Sephora ensuring outstanding outcomes from both our existing functionality as well as helping to ensure the successful delivery of new capabilities, and 2) Help SnapStrat to grow through leading marketing activities as well as helping to define product features and UI/UX requirements Sephora relies on SnapStrat to optimize its mission-critical product sampling processes serving a growing pool of nearly 500 users from both Sephora and its entire brand portfolio; you will have direct and frequent contact across both Sephora and its Brand Partners. You should have experience in the following: 2+ years’ experience working at a large enterprise, or, in a role requiring direct interaction with enterprise customers such as sales, support, services, or consulting A demonstrated track record of learning new skills, particularly those requiring the use of technology Preparing for and leading planning sessions with multiple stakeholders Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional organizational skills: detail-oriented Strong time management skills: ability to juggle priorities Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up- your-sleeves approach Personable and flexible with demands and changes in business Experience with the Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications Passion for both SnapStrat and Sephora, our businesses, and goals A college degree Additional helpful skills or experience: Experience with Jira, Zendesk, and any project management tools Graphic Design and/or UI skills Project management Customer support Business requirements definition Experience in the beauty and/or technology industries
