Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support Specialist Our team is looking for motivated, passionate, artistic and performance driven people to provide an extraordinary customer experience. These are exciting days for the home furnishing industry. You will work directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and take the insights you gain to our creative team to help make Leftbank Art even more successful. As the face of the company, you will provide an amazing experience for our customers and ensure that customer support is connected to the direction of our growing company. What you’ll do: • Provide amazing customer service and act quickly to assess customer needs • Provide product expertise and assist with customer questions • Provide customers a resolution on any issues that may arise and provide a quick turnaround for customer inquiries • Interact with national furniture retailers, design firms, interior design firms and e-commerce customers • Working cross-functionally within the department and with other teams What we’re looking for: • At least 2+ years’ experience working in a customer support role • Someone who loves working with people and loves to achieve result driven answers • Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task • Passion in supporting our business and improving the customer’s experience • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Nice to have: working knowledge of Sage100, Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus Benefits: • Full time: Monday – Friday • Pay: $30,000 - $48,000 (DOE) • Multiple health plan options • Vision & dental plans for you and your dependents • Associate discounts on product • 401(K) • Paid time off • Referral bonus • 6 nationally observed holidays • Life Insurance • On-site company restaurant What we promise: Our Company is one of the largest producers of luxury art and wall décor in the B2B business sector, located in Southern California.
