Customer Support Specialist

Ideally, we would like to find someone with a graphic design and printing background as this person will be supporting the printing needs of our client and will be dealing with lots of files designed for print on a daily basis. The person who will be successful in this role will have a combination of very strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for managing details of order processing, and technical aptitude to navigate the back end of the client’s online store and our production system. Other duties include timely confirmation of the orders with the customer and following through with our production team and outsource vendors to ensure on time delivery of the orders. The CSS must be very comfortable working with technology, have exceptionally strong customer and internal team communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Graphic design and/or printing experience is a very strong advantage for this role
