About the Role
This is an on-site position in Allentown, PA.
Remote or hybrid work is not available.
D Signs & Awnings is seeking a full-time Production Graphic Designer / Large Format Print Specialist to join our team.
This position combines graphic design with hands-on print production, creating artwork for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, and other large-format projects while preparing files for production.
Responsibilities
* Create and modify artwork
* Prepare production-ready files
* Operate large-format printers and laminators
* Use Flexi RIP software to set up and manage print jobs
* Weed, mask, trim, and finish vinyl graphics
* Assist with installation preparation
* Maintain quality control throughout the production process
* Keep the production area organized and efficient
Qualifications
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software preferred
* Experience with Flexi or similar RIP software preferred
* Knowledge of large-format printing, vinyl, and sign production is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
