You'll work across teams to bring campaigns to life and make our internal brand shine.You’ll balance creativity with precision, developing clean, compelling designs that are accessible and on-brand.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign digital and print assets (social graphics, reports, event collateral, etc. )Translate big ideas into clean, clear visual communicationsApply inclusive design principles for accessibility and cultural relevanceProducePrep production-ready files for print, web, and vendorsAdapt and version creative assets across formatsOrganize files and follow brand standards with precisionWork closely with our creative, account, and strategy teamsHelp refine creative concepts and pitch visual ideasSupport internal marketing and template developmentWho You AreA thoughtful designer with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in agency or social impact settingsComfortable balancing creativity with structure and deadlinesTech-savvy and always curious, especially about design trends, accessibility, and AI toolsEquity-minded and purpose-driven: you believe design should be uplifting and inclusiveSF based candidates are strongly preferredSkills & ToolsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Bonus: Figma, Canva, WordPress, After Effects, AI-assisted toolsFamiliarity with print production and accessibility standards (WCAG)Why D&A?We’re a team of bold thinkers with big hearts, committed to equity, creativity, and real-world transformation.
