We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with jobs they love.Contract Duration: 12 monthsCompensation: $40.00-$47.00/hr W2 onlyWhat you’ll do as the Interactive & Motion Designer:Collaborate with art directors and creative team members to design and build interactive experiences using the CEROS platformDevelop visually compelling concepts and designs that align with strategic business goals and meet accessibility compliance standardsExecute designs in accordance with brand guidelines, adapting to evolving project needs and timelinesContribute to motion design work, including 2D and 3D animation, visual storytelling, and interactive elementsSearch for, retouch, and manipulate images as part of asset developmentManage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and tight deadlinesMaintain organized files using version control and naming conventionsCommunicate and collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout project developmentWhat you’ll bring to the Interactive & Motion Designer role:Associate's degree, B.A./B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred1+ years of professional experience in digital designA self-starter mindset with a passion for design and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong skills in digital and interactive design with a foundation in color theory, typography, layout, and user experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), CEROS, and tools for wireframing, UI/UX, and HTML/CSSAbility to transform initial concepts into engaging interactive and motion design experiencesA strong online portfolio showcasing innovative and strategic design workExcellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAs an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
