We're looking for a detail-driven designer with a sharp eye for layout and a passion for brand clarity. You’ll work closely with our Content team and cross-functional partners to translate ideas into well-structured, beautifully executed designs that carry our creative vision forward. Job Responsibilities Craft beautiful, functional layouts that align with creative strategy and brand standards across print and digital Champion visual consistency—maintaining the integrity of our design systems and brand identity at every touchpoint Bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling, thoughtful typography, and clean, structured composition Collaborate cross-functionally with writers, content strategists, product leads, and fellow designers to shape cohesive experiences Contribute to a culture of critique—sharing feedback, refining ideas, and pushing for stronger outcomes as a team Own your timelines—juggling multiple projects with clarity, focus, and high standards from start to finish Job Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on layout, branding, or content design Expert-level skills in typography, layout design, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus Strong understanding of brand systems, design principles, and print production workflows Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong collaborative mindset with clear, confident communication skills A portfolio that demonstrates design excellence, layout precision, and creative problem-solving How to Apply READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
