Job Purpose: The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling creative that elevates the Dallas Wings brand and supports fan engagement, revenue initiatives, and marketing campaigns. This role develops brand-aligned design across digital, social, in-arena, print, and partnership platforms while contributing to storytelling that connects fans to the team, players, and community. Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, social media, in-arena, print, and marketing campaigns. 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (sports or entertainment preferred). Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays surrounding games and live events.
