Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull-time position at a local advertising & design company in the Arden/Arcade Area. Position includes both print and web design knowledge.We are looking for a talented and creative team member, that can work with a team to meet deadlines and become a valuable team member that can bring their own idea and solutions to problems.Who you are:• Knowledgeable and comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)• Not afraid to continually learn new things and apply them to projects to improve workflows and grow as a designer• A flexible multi-tasker who can work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment depending on the task• Pays attention to detail, has good grammar and spelling• Ability to layout, organize information and prioritize projects• Ability to have conversations with clients to learn how to better help them meet their goals and communicate design choicesWhat you’ll do:• Create original designs to match our clients existing guidelines in both print and web design, along with email blasts and social media posts• Ability to work on multi-able design tasks related to various projects while meeting strict deadlinesPay: $20 per hourBenefits: 401k, Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Sick LeaveSchedule: 8 hour shift on-site • Monday Through FridayAdditional Experience (not required but a plus):• HTML• CSS• Javascript• WordpressCompany DescriptionA small local design studio that works with companies in the natural food industries creating print and web designs.Company DescriptionA small local design studio that works with companies in the natural food industries creating print and web designs.
