Data & Event Manager

The Data & Event Manager will support resource development and program staff by managing donor and program data within Salesforce for Nonprofits, coordinating fundraising and social events, some print and digital media communications, and donor engagement. Follow up with donors and Lions by phone and email on a regular basis to support our strategic goals. D. Work with director and program staff to generate print and social media materials as well as the annual report; to produce timely donor (including in- kind) acknowledgements, year-end tax letters and direct mail efforts; coordinate the design and ordering of OLSHF awards; and coordinate the logistics of fundraising and outreach meetings and events. Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
