Data Visualization Graphic Designer

We are an insight-driven firm that partners with our clients to drive business decisions through informed marketing research. The graphic design department at MarketVision Research is looking for an enthusiastic graphic designer to design and create graphical reports and presentations of research data. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (including graphs and charts), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Familiarity with Google Slides, and Canva a Plus Familiar with digital asset management systems Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data Able to design multi-page layouts featuring typographic hierarchy Ability to manage multiple projects with similar deadlines Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong adaptability to think flexibly about project prioritization and design visualizations An intense curiosity and ability to proactively ask questions is a must BA or BS Degree in related field High level of integrity and honesty Collaborative mindset and able to work across teams Production design experience is helpful We are looking for an autonomous, curious professional with a growth mindset who is passionate about solving human problems through data. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in applied data science with a proven track record of delivering complex modeling projects Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Psychology or related field (Advanced degree preferred) Technical Skills: High proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python) Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex quantitative findings for non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbal Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Mindset: A creative approach to problem-solving and a desire to understand the “why” behind the data
