This isn't just about loving football (though that's a bonus); it's about loving the craft and showing up with curiosity, hunger, and heart.Primary ResponsibilitiesProduce and design content for revenue driving campaigns, presentations and other projects for sponsorship, marketing, ticketing, and other departments within the organizationWork within the brand standards of Tepper Sports & Entertainment subsidiaries to create layouts that reinforce brand style and voice across various visual touchpointsGenerate clear ideas, concepts, and design of creative assets from beginning to endPartner internally to optimize creative campaign effectiveness, experimentation results, and collaborate to iterate and improve creative based on data and analyticsConstants develop skills and explore new creative techniquesCommunicate creative ideas within a collaborative environmentMinimum QualificationsBA in Graphic Design or related concentration3-5 years of professional experience in the Graphic Design field, within an agency or in a corporate environmentKnowledge of and/or prior work in sports business sector is a plusExperience developing campaign ads on multiple platforms (run-of-site ads, emails, etc. )Extensive knowledge on creating print-ready materials for marketing and ticketing purposesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and conciselyExtensive knowledge of design techniques and emerging technologiesExpertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopProficiency in Lightroom, Outlook and Microsoft Office on MAC platformA knowledge of photography, composition and lighting is essentialAbility to develop motion graphics from scratch and / or existing files is a plusConsistently take initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervisionMust be able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicate with project managers regarding project statuses and deadlinesMust possess a high level of emotional intelligence and self-awarenessMust always maintain professional attitude and be receptive to project changesMust be able to work independently and as part of a cross functional teamMust understand the role graphic design plays in the marketing and sales processOpenness to coaching and differentiating perspectives and operating within a team dynamicAdaptable to change in the work environment and manages competing demandsMust be reliable, someone who can be counted on to show up and deliver, day in and day outAbility to work flexible hours including all game weekends, nights, weekends and holidaysThorough with attention to detailPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience working in a sports organization or with sports-related brands is a plus.Passion for football and understanding of sports culture preferred.Ability to develop motion graphics from scratch and / or existing files is a plus.Essential FunctionsRelationship builder who is willing to supportAccustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and collaborateBeing willing to provide and receive quality-related feedbackExhibits professionalism while consistently deliver projects on time through completionMust organize personal workflows so projects are easily shared between teammatesMust exhibit professionalism when interacting with staff, members of the media, and players/coachesMust be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with carefully and with sensitivityPhysical RequirementsPerform physical activities such as setting up for an event or producing print mocksStanding, sitting, and working at desk on a computerWalking throughout the stadiumLift at least 25 poundsWork EnvironmentBank of America Stadium, Charlotte, NC.
