Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Design and Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in developing, planning, and executing communication and multimedia efforts for Live Oak Public Libraries (LOPL). The Design and Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing digital and print content, social media strategies, website updates, press materials, and other communications that enhance perception and engagement with both patrons and staff. • Experience creating professional print-ready and digital media. • Experience in a library, education, or nonprofit setting is preferred. • Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
