Design and Sign Shop Assistant Manager

Design and Sign Shop Assistant Manager This is a busy shop, and we are looking for a candidate that likes to have fun as well as helping a company grow. You must have knowledge/experience with design, produce and install. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. This position will oversee all aspects of a high-volume print shop including production, graphic design, billing, and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to) • Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs • Answer and direct phone calls, including emails • Write up work order and invoices • Receive payments, process nightly paperwork • Assist with accounts receivable and payables • Ordering inventory, as well as keeping track of what is in house • Ensure that all projects are within deadlines, keeping track of jobs when in process • Work directly with customers on creating their vision • Work directly with print production: print using RIP software, ability to load and cut vinyl on plotter, laminating, weeding, and application to various substrates.
