Design Assistant

Charles H Chewning Interiors is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Design Assistant. This is not an internship, but a permanent part-time position, with the potential to grow to a full-time position. The successful candidate will be a recent graduate in interior design or associated field, located in Savannah, Georgia. The job requires the candidate have their own reliable transportation, and be initially available to work two to three full days per week (M-F - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Assist the Principal in various aspects of design management: • Memo library management • Sourcing • Interacting with clients • Training and managing interns
