Required Experience and Attributes The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to work collaboratively, multi-task, be a strong communicator and be self-motivated under minimal supervision as well as possess the following skills - Professional appearance and demeanor a must - Possess a strong telephone presence - Have proficiency in the following software programs: + AutoCAD - Experienced in reading architectural plans and specifications - Have experience working with accounting software such as Quick Books - Physically able to walk construction sites and climb 5’ ladder - Able to stand for 3 hrs - Lift 40 lbs - Must have Reliable Transportation – Mileage for field work related activities will be reimbursed - Interest in Architecture, Design and Building is a must This Position will be 40 hours a week with benefits.
