An ideal candidate would have a background in architecture or interior design and experience working in a design office. We're looking for someone to support our staff and increase our efficiency so that we can maintain the current volume of work and excellent customer service for our small company. -Field new inquiries via email and phone, passing along strong leads to our sales coordinator -Supply inquires with more information on modular construction and our specific products -New graphic design presentations for marketing 20% or less administrative duties -Professional presentation and people skills and ability to work directly with clients -Ability to work in CAD, Revit, Vectorworks, Archicad or similar 3d design platform -LEED AP or interested in green building a plus -Experience and understanding of design/home building process -Strong work ethic -Strong organizational and communication skills
