Summary In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our print and digital communications, helping the Acadiana community understand and engage with the work we do. Key Responsibilities • Graphic Design & Brand Management • Design and produce print and digital materials (brochures, reports, donor materials, signage, and more) • Support written content needs for campaigns and promotions • Lead the creation of visual materials for fundraising and events • Prepare print-ready files and digital content for publication • Ensure brand consistency across all channels • Maintain and evolve design templates and asset libraries • Social Media Production • Develop and publish content across social media platforms • Align messaging with development and program goals • Monitor analytics and engagement to inform strategy • Website Management • Keep the website current, accessible, and mission-aligned • Build and manage campaign landing pages • Optimize content for SEO and accessibility • Coordinate with web vendors on maintenance and improvements • Photography & Visual Storytelling • Serve as the in-house photographer for events and programs • Curate and maintain a digital photo library for storytelling use • Cross-Departmental Support • Fulfill marketing and communications requests from program teams • Assist with messaging and design for events and fundraising campaigns • Contribute to the execution of broader communication strategies 100% of the time.
