The Design + Communications Specialist collaborates closely with the Events + Communications Manager to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive, compelling, and deeply rooted in the heart of Salt + Light. Design + Creative Direction • Lead design of all internal and external marketing materials for Salt + Light. • Manage Salt + Light’s social media presence—ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messages across all platforms. Merchandise Design + Coordination • Lead the creative design and communication strategy for all Salt + Light merchandise.
