Our client is an enterprise AI software startup building products for technical and non-technical users. A small team is investing in clear interfaces for complex workflows.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own design and frontend implementation as a Design Engineer. You will be the primary design voice and take ideas from exploration through production while working closely with engineers and company leadership.

What you'll do

- Design and build enterprise interfaces for AI evaluation workflows.

- Turn customer feedback and rough ideas into production-ready experiences.

- Create reusable components and design-system patterns.

- Build occasional full-stack features and internal tools.

- Set product design direction and improve usability independently.

**Requirements**

What we're looking for

- 1 to 4 years of relevant design engineering experience.

- A software engineering background with strong product design judgment.

- Practical TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS skills.

- Experience creating enterprise products and user interfaces.

- Ability to take ambiguous ideas through implementation in a high-ownership environment.

Bonus points

- A portfolio of products you personally designed and shipped.

- Experience simplifying data-heavy or technical workflows.

**Benefits**

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 130,000 to 180,000 per year.

- Equity: 0.1-1%.
