Design Manager of Global Applications

As the Design Manager of Global Applications, you will be responsible for managing our key Meltwater design system and AI-driven platform experiences. Your role will involve working with other designers to further enhance global applications and design patterns, ensuring best-in-class interaction design, visual design, and new AI products. • Communication: Be a strong story teller to cross-functional leaders, developers, and stakeholders, promoting a holistic view of user experience • Design Quality Assurance: Conduct UI reviews of design patterns through product-based evaluations and system-wide assessments. • Proven portfolio showcasing extensive UX/UI work and also experience with AI tools such as Lovable, v0, or Cursor • You have a point of view on industry best practices and design principles • Demonstrated ability to deliver products with a focus on final outcomes • Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to business stakeholders • Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams to refine & develop UX • Expert proficiency in Figma • Strong understanding of the Design Thinking process stages.
