This role is perfect for someone who loves modern beauty and lifestyle brands, has a strong eye for design, and is excited to grow inside a small, thoughtful studio. Who You Are • A designer with taste (your eye matters more than your years) • Obsessed with beauty, wellness, and culture • Curious, self-directed, and always leveling up • Comfortable working in a small, creative studio • Have a strong portfolio with at least 3–5 real or mock projects • Comfortable with feedback and collaboration • You think like a creative AND a problem-solver • Excited about growing into more strategy, direction, and leadership over time Are you able to commit to this schedule? • Please provide 3–5 examples of your work that best demonstrate your range in brand, social, web, or marketing design.
