Design & Production Coordinator

The Design and Production Coordinator supports the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago’s Marketing & Public Affairs department by delivering high‑quality design, production, and creative project coordination. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented creative with strong design skills, excellent organizational abilities, and comfort managing multiple projects in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Coordination of print production, vendor management, and distribution logistics Develop, maintain, and communicate project timelines to internal stakeholders. Brand Stewardship & Asset Management (20%) 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a similar role.
