Design Professional

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in a variety of project types and phases.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.Strong graphic and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, renderings, and presentations.Solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to various project types and locations.Membership in professional organizations related to architecture (e.g., AIA) is a plus.Active pursuit of professional Licensing.
