Design Specialist

Summary You will design with purpose, communicate with compassion, and ensure that every piece of content-print, digital, photo, or web-reflects our Catholic mission and invites the community into meaningful engagement with the people we serve. Key Responsibilities • Graphic Design + Brand Stewardship • Lead the design and production of all print and digital materials (brochures, impact reports, fundraising collateral, signage, event branding, parish-facing materials, etc.) Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Design, Communications, or related field • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Video production/editing skills a plus • Detail-oriented with excellent time and project management skills • Experience managing vendors and print production timelines
