We're looking for a talented Design Specialist to join our Creative team and help bring our clients' brands to life across digital and print channels.

What You'll Do
As a Design Specialist, you'll create engaging visual assets that support a variety of marketing initiatives while maintaining each client's unique brand identity.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Designing websites, landing pages, and user interface elementsCreating graphics for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaignsDeveloping logos, branding elements, presentations, and marketing collateralPreparing production-ready artwork for both digital and print projectsCollaborating with strategists, account managers, marketers, developers, and fellow designers to deliver creative solutionsMaintaining brand standards, design systems, templates, and creative assetsApplying UX/UI best practices to improve user experience and engagementParticipating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviewsManaging multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detailStaying current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practicesWhat We're Looking For
1–3 years of professional graphic or digital design experience (agency experience is a plus)A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design workProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and FigmaSolid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchyExperience designing responsive websites and digital marketing assetsFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered designStrong communication and collaboration skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environmentSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and growExceptional attention to detailBonus Points If You Have Experience With
