Design Specialist

We're looking for a talented Design Specialist to join our Creative team and help bring our clients' brands to life across digital and print channels. As a Design Specialist, you'll create engaging visual assets that support a variety of marketing initiatives while maintaining each client's unique brand identity. 1–3 years of professional graphic or digital design experience (agency experience is a plus)A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design workProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and FigmaSolid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchyExperience designing responsive websites and digital marketing assetsFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered designStrong communication and collaboration skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environmentSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and growExceptional attention to detailBonus Points If You Have Experience With If you're ready to create meaningful work with a talented team, we'd love to hear from you.
