Key Responsibilities • Develop 2D and 3D tool designs based on project requirements • Interpret customer specifications, SOW, and standards • Ensure designs meet DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) principles • Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers • Maintain accurate design documentation and revisions Requirements • 3+ years of experience in tool design (Injection Molds, Aerospace, or similar) • Proficiency in NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar 3D CAD tools • Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes • Experience with Unigraphics is a plus • Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills • Strong teamwork and communication skills Company DescriptionSynectics is a leading staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with top organizations.
