Although our office is based in Detroit, we're looking for the right candidate, so we're open to remote. • Passion for solving design and marketing challenges from concept to completion • Collaborate with Art Directors to create designs that generate engagement • Leverage layout, design and typography skills to create PowerPoint presentations, templates and social assets • Design and execute with meticulous attention to detail • Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors, teammates and clients with precision and a positive attitude • Ability to articulate the "why" behind the designs you present • Become a brand style guide expert • Understanding of visual hierarchy and its importance in design • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to start date, unless eligible for a medical or religious accommodation or other accommodation required under applicable law.
