Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Landscape Designer, based in Casselberrry, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Designer will conceptualize, plan, and execute beautiful and innovative garden designs that align with the company’s mission of sustainable and regenerative practices with specialized native and edible plants. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with our sales team and clients, preparing 2D and 3D design layouts and renderings.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar softwareKnowledge of horticulture, native and edible plant species, and sustainable gardening practicesAbility to collaborate with diverse clients and team members, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong innovative visual and spatial design skills, drawing, and sketching abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsDegree or certification in Landscape Design, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related fieldPassion for sustainability and creating meaningful outdoor spaces
