As a Designer at DLR Group, you will be responsible for developing designs from conception through design development, preparing construction documents, specifications, and team coordination, and supporting the project team through construction administration for a variety of project types and sizes. Undergraduate Degree in Architecture1 to 4 years of professional experience in architecture in Mixed-Use, Retail, Housing and/or K-12 Education projects Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Bluebeam and other standard architecture softwareStrong technical skills with the ability to contribute to the design process and develop technical solutionsCompetence in conventional aspects of architecture, including materials, methods, and tools for small to moderate-sized buildingsWorking knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans and deliverablesStrong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and productivityAbility to assist in marketing and business development efforts We are pursuing the goals of the 2030 Challenge, the ME2040, and the SE2050, and are an initial signatory of the China Accord and the AIA 2030 Commitment.
