Designer

This is a Cincinnati based role with required time in our office in Evendale. You will work across advertising, brand systems, digital experiences, and packaging, partnering closely with creative, strategy, media, and development teams. This role is a strong fit for a well-rounded designer who values ownership and range. Design and develop creative across branding, marketing campaigns, websites, packaging, presentations, and other brand touchpointsSupport the creation and evolution of brand identities and visual systemsCreate compelling digital and print assets across a variety of channels and client needsExecute polished, production-ready work with strong attention to detail and consistencyCollaborate closely with internal teams to bring ideas from concept through execution 3–6+ years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environmentExceptional design craft with strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchyExperience developing brand identities, visual systems, and marketing creative across print and digital Experience designing websites, landing pages, or digital experiences; familiarity with UX principles preferredPackaging design experience strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; Figma experience strongly preferredMotion design or animation experience is a plus but not mandatory
