The Role
We’re looking for a talented Designer to lead the Sales and Design side of our remodeling projects — from initial meeting and in-person presentation to material selections, drawing sets, and coordination with our production team. You’ll be the creative through-line for each project, translating client goals into detailed, buildable designs while keeping quality and craftsmanship at the forefront.
What You’ll Do

Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget, and translate that into a cohesive design direction
Develop space plans, elevations, and design drawings for kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home remodels
Select and specify finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, and other materials
Prepare and maintain accurate, coordinated drawing sets (floor plans, elevations, electrical/demo plans) for production handoff
Collaborate closely with the production and project management teams to ensure designs are constructible and stay on budget
Source from and manage relationships with vendors, showrooms, and suppliers
Present design concepts and material boards to clients in a polished, professional manner
Conduct quality control reviews on drawing sets to catch conflicts or gaps before they reach the field
Stay current on design trends, products, and materials relevant to high-end residential remodeling

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in interior design, ideally within residential remodeling or a design-build environment
Proficiency in Chief Architect and SketchUp
Must have a general understanding of structural design in residential construction.
Strong eye for detail with the ability to produce clean, accurate, production-ready drawing sets
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Working knowledge of construction methods and materials a strong plus
A collaborative mindset — comfortable working hand-in-hand with builders and project managers. Must be a team player.
Portfolio of prior design work required

Pay: $63,837.80 - $76,879.93 per year
