Description: Job Summary: Secondary Education in fashion design, apparel, textiles, or related field. Create or alter designs using Adobe Illustrator & PhotoshopCommunicate technical design information to Pattern and Production Departments if neededDevelop original textile prints, including repeats, engineered placements, and sublimation artworkPrepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in scale, color, and repeat alignmentCreate custom embellishment artwork and potential to create sublimation artwork as neededReview Custom samples and attend fittingsParticipate in daily design meetings and product line reviews seasonallyContribute to story boards for customer meetingsWork with onsite manufacturing team to problem solve and correct production issuesAdhere to established timelines for customer quotes and custom garment developmentProduce quality work daily with accuracy in design notes and specificationsMulti-task several projects at once, ability to communicate workload and prioritize tasksComplete other tasks as assigned based on the business needsPotential for travel to photo shoots and customer meetings if needed Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoshopStrong understanding of textile print development, including repeats, colorways, and scaleKnowledge of sublimation printing processes and limitations preferredAbility to multitask several projects at once and prioritize as neededAbility to communicate effectively and work as a teamWork well in a highly productive environment, strong attention to detailBasic Knowledge of garment construction and patterns, preferred experience in athletic apparelStrong written and verbal communication skills
