Designer 2

Duties / Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints • Develop and design wall panel, floor/roof truss concept drawings • Ensure conformance to all relevant building requirements and municipality building codes, if applicable • Interpret and confirm design requirements as indicated by procedures, design manuals, and other applicable specifications • Generate layouts for final construction • Ensure designs are accurate, optimized, and conforms to standards • Willingness to assist with training of new associates • Demonstrate a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement; identify and respond actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers; participates as a team player in all phases of the organization; and is open and responsive to change.
