Designer

Duties - Collaborate with architects, designers, construction and internal teams - Interaction with clients, meetings, and presentations - Consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, space planning, and design development - Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years experience (please provide a portfolio) - Must be able to work in our Winter Park, FL location - Posses a high level of visual and verbal communication skills and a high level of freehand and rendering skills - Creative individual that is inspired by progressive, modern art and design - Able to work in high energy, quicking thinking environment - Strong graphic and visualization skills, capable of using 3D software - Lumion (1 year preferred), AutoCAD (2 years preferred), SketchUp (2 year preferred), Photoshop, and Illustrator All candidates must be able to work in our Winter Park, FL office
